Dr. Erin Maxwell-Meyer
Dr. Erin Williams-Maxwell Meyer was first elected to the Marshall Public Schools Board of Education in 2018. She has served as board president and currently serves as board treasurer, and she is a member of the Center for Education Safety’s advisory board. Dr. Meyer is a graduate of Marshall High School, the University of Missouri (BA in English and BA in Religious Studies), and the University of Kansas (MA and PhD in English). Her professional background includes university-level writing program administration and teacher training, publications about teacher mentorship and assessment, copyediting for academic presses, and managing her chemist spouse’s coffee bar.
