When will the National Summit on School Safety take place and where is it located?
The 2020 National Summit on School Safety will take place virtually on October 7, 8, and 9, 2020. Links to all virtual sessions will be sent via email after registration. To register, click here.
Who can attend the National Summit on School Safety?
Educators, school administrators, mental and behavioral health professionals, first responders, solution providers, safety and security professionals, parents, and advocates/community leaders all are encouraged to attend. To register, click here.

Sessions are only available to registered attendees.
What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are registered for the conference and then find that you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
Is financial assistance available for registration?
Financial assistance for registration is available on a case by case basis. To inquire, please email summit@safeandsoundschools.org.

What types of sessions and workshops are being offered?
Keynotes, workshops and facilitated discussion sessions will span current and emerging school safety topics from threat assessment and management to physical safety and security, trauma informed to social emotional learning (SEL), and gender diversity.

Only registered attendees are allowed to come to sessions or other conference events.

Continuing Education Units
Due to this year’s online format, Continuing Education Units will not be available at the Summit.
